1. Question: How does the Free Trial work?
    Answer:   You key in your zipcode and Directv® options on the home page, then are taken to the schedule.
                   A prompt will encourage you to bookmark the schedule page (it will remember your zipcode).
                   You then may return to the Schedule page for the next 30 days; after that payment will be required.

2. Question: How do I pay the $10 yearly subscription fee?
    Answer:   Click on the 'Subscribe' tab, then enter payment details for PayPal.
                   If you don't have a PayPal account, there is a link to open one, or you may submit payment by check.

3. Question: What is your privacy policy?
    Answer:   We don't store any personal information other than your zipcode and email address.
                   Your email will not be disclosed to any other companies.

4. Question: What is your subscription usage policy?
    Answer:   Once your subscription is paid, you may use the site on up to 3 computers you own.

5. Question: Do you have a guarantee?
    Answer:   If dissatisfied with this service for any reason, your money will be refunded and access removed.
